As far as I know, there are no Hindu temples in China simply because there isn’t a sizeable permanent Indian Hindu population in China. The only time during my 10 years in China when I came across anything that resembles a small Hindu temple was an altar in the front yard of the “Indian Kitchen” in Shanghai. It’s They small outdoor altar for Lord Ganesh, the elephant God, The Remover of Obstacles. The statue and the altar was well decorated with silk, garlands and prayer lamps. It was always a beautiful feeling to offer our prayers and salutations to Lord Ganesh before entering the restaurant for a meal.
