Mantou, the Chinese Steamed Buns

This is a confectionary that makes Chinese steamed buns called mantou in my neighbourhood. They are a staple for the Chinese just as how bread, potatoes and corn are to the Westerners and how rice, chappathi and roti are to the Indians. I have eaten mantou many times but I don’t really like it. The ones that I like are the ones with the juicy meat stuffings inside. That just brings you to a whole new level.
