Steamed fish presented butterfly-style on a bed of Chinese cabbage, black fungus, kelp and bean sprouts, garnished with fried peanuts, crispy dry chilies, coriander leaves and sesame seeds. Must have been a dinner option one of those days but unfortunately I cannot remember which restaurant.
