Developing a model for effective communication

I was leading the Schaeffler Group’s corporate communication activities for the Asia Pacific region at that time in Shanghai. The company was developing a strategic vision and roadmap for the next five years and I was asked to develop a pillar on effective communication. I invited our APAC marketing and communication colleagues to Shanghai to develop a model for effective communication. It was a pretty good model and I actually use it till today. We presented it to our APAC president and he approved it.
