A visually stunning way to serve ice cream

There is more than one way to woo customers. These are plain chocolate and vanilla ice cream scoops from Ajisen Ramen. But they left the ice cream in their serving spoons and plated everything on a large serving tray with long dessert spoons. Every time we went to Ajisen, we always looked forward to the dessert time. Not just for the ice cream but for this whole visual treat and experience.
