If you travel to China one day, one thing you will observe everywhere in all the shopping centres and stores and is that the shop owners and their workers rarely leave their store, even for lunch. When lunch time comes, they just pull up a small table and stool and eat their lunch which is delivered from their regular food shops in the shopping centre. Rarely do they go out for a 30 minutes lunch break. The Chinese are very practical people. Business is their number one priority and they try to keep their stores always open for customers. I know this might be different from some developed countries but this is the common practice in China.
