One early morning I was strolling along the farm when I saw the elder Mr Liu walking towards his old house, with a sack in his hand. I wanted to see what he was up to and followed him. He walked to his old house where he had two rows of Chinese cabbages or wawa chai. He grabbed one of them and twisted it around before pulling it off the ground. He pulled two more and bagged all of them into a sack he had. He was about to carry the heavy sack over his shoulders when I offered to carry it back for him. This is to be cooked for his family who are back in the farm for the Chinese New Year and I was happy to be of some help.
