Home Inn is the biggest hotel chain in China with 2,609 locations. It is the cheapest decent hotel you can stay in China. My Beijing apartment contract ended and I stayed here for 20 days before returning to Shenyang. The rooms were clean, with ensuites, queen bed, study table, wardrobe, TV, air conditioner, free wifi, free toiletries, smoke detectors, 24/7 reception and security. They changed the sheets and cleaned the rooms everyday and also had a complimentary breakfast. All for RMB200 (USD31) per night.
