
I had to develop a concept to roll-out the company’s new vision and five year strategy to 12 countries in the Asia Pacific region. I had fantastic communication teams in Shanghai and in the region and they did an excellent job working with me to roll it out into their markets successfully. As for the Asia Pacific head office roll-out, we organised a president’s speech followed by round-table discussions on the strategic pillars. I presented the pillar on effective communication. A lot of hard work but with happy endings.
