I bought a pre-mixed cake thing and tried to work out the instructions which were in Chinese. My kids tried to dress it up with some hundreds and thousands but I don’t think it helped. Even today, I am bad in baking even though Australia has a phenomenal baking culture. Its just not my thing. But I do pastries like sardine and tuna curry puffs and beef pies and they always turn out awesome. But not cakes mate.
