Watson is a large Hong Kong health care and beauty care chain store in Asia and Europe with 8,000 stores and 1,500 pharmacies. I was already familiar with it in Singapore and therefore it was a pleasure to see the turquoise Watsons sign in China. It always delivered a consistent service quality regardless of whichever Watson store you stepped into in China. We regularly went there not only for our personal hygiene products and but also for some occasional shopping and browsing.
