Malaysian chicken curry at Food Fusion

This is a very popular Malaysian dish with chicken pieces, a spicy sambal paste, pandan leaves and lemon grass cooked in coconut milk. Its actually easy to make at home and absolutely fabulous. It goes along with rice, bread and even noodles. This day we had it in the Malaysian restaurant Food Fusion in Shanghai. We also had steamed fish, sambal prawn, stir-fried long beans, white rice and cendol. The occasion was to celebrate my wife’s birthday.
