My company’s “Associate Social Responsibility” program or “ASR” for short was supporting various social causes in Shenyang. For example, it raised funds for kids’ orphangaes, kids’ eye surgeries and also helped families with the cost of living. They invited me to join them for one of their regular trips to visit their program’s recipients. I went together with my family who was in Shenyang from Shanghai for my daughter’s charity book sale event. I think there are many families in China who can do more with such help and support from both major local and international companies.
