In 2010, when I was working for the Schaeffler Group, our HR Department organised a really memorable Christmas party. I think we did not have an offsite event every year, but in 2010, it was. It was held in a hotel function room complete with catering. Every department put up some funny acts and shows on stage, there was a Greek dance at the end in which everyone joined in and there were lots of merry making and photo taking. It was really well organised and I had a ball of a time.
