The view from my hotel one winter morning

It was November in Beijing in 2016. I was planning to return back to my Shenyang office after staying in Beijing for one year. At that time I was staying in a hotel called “Home Inn” for the last 20 days in Beijing. This is the view from my hotel window one early morning. It was winter and it was snowing. But Beijing’s winter was similar to Shanghai without any heavy snow. It was a different story when I left Beijing and arrived in Shenyang which was -25 Celsius (-13 Fahrenheit) with heavy snow and Siberian winds.
