This private residential compound in Beijing has ten towers and I stayed here in 2016. An apartment here costs several USD millions. I chose to stay here because it was close to my office, a 10 minutes taxi ride door-to-door. The compound itself was a great place to stay. There were security posts at all gates to the compound and there was also a security guard in each tower’s lobby. It was a very family-oriented place and sometimes you can see the residents doing Tai-chi or exercising. It was always quiet and peaceful.
