As an international company operating in China, the BMW Group had its fair share of problems. Customer dissatisfaction with a product, unhappy dealers, dissatisfied suppliers etc. While working in our BMW office in Beijing for a year, I have personally seen three demonstrations, sometimes inside and sometimes outside the building. Whenever this happens the situation is always very carefully handled by the company’s representatives, the building’s security and the police towards a peaceful resolution.
