These were my colleagues when I was working in our Beijing office for a year in 2016. They were responsible for a company-wide process optimisation program called “Journey to Excellence”. It comprised of several projects to improve processes in sourcing, finance, HR, finished vehicle logistics etc. My role was to support them as a change manager. It was a great pleasure working alongside these highly talented colleagues. In fact I am still in contact with some of them via WeChat and LinkedIn.
