This is Terminal 2 of the Beijing Capital International Airport, one of the two airports serving Beijing. I flew to Australia for vacation from this terminal in 2016. According to Wikipedia, the passenger traffic for Beijing Capital International Airport for 2016 was 94 million. Yes, I remember it being crowded.
