They Call This the Hunan Grandma’s Dish

This is a stir-fried mixed vegetable dish using preserved vegetables. The dish uses radish, green beans, turnips, cow peas, egg plants, bean paste etc. Its spicy, a little chewy but full of amazing flavour. The only thing you need with this dish is a bowl of steamed rice and you will be in Heaven. I have not yet gotten around the recipe of this dish and when I do, I will cook it and share it with you another time.
