If you ask me what’s my favourite dish in Shenyang, I would say it’s Laziji. It’s nothing more than deep double fried chicken pieces with red chillies. But this dish blows my mind away every single time. I can imagine myself sitting there picking away the chicken and the chillies pieces, one by one, over a bottle of Snow beer. Anytime. Easy. Especially if its’s from that back lane place in downtown Taiyuan Jie (Taiyuan Street). To be continued.
