This can be a local example of a salad and a sandwich. You have the salad with the various leaves and the salad sauce and the sandwich with the toasted bread and the fillings. All perfectly right according to a recipe. But it’s just not the same as what you can get in US, Europe or Australia. Unless you go to a really high-end coffee place where they are serious and they know what they are doing and you are willing to pay a higher price. But if you go to a normal good cafe, as I did this day, this is what you get. Salad and sandwich. Local style.
