Finally Saw the Bird’s Nest Stadium

This is an 80,000-capacity Olympic stadium in Beijing called the “Bird’s Nest”. It was used in the 2008 Summer Olympics and Paralympics and again in the 2022 Winter Olympics and Paralympics. It became so famous internationally that by 2011, it was one of those places that the tour guides will bring you to see if you are visiting China. That day, by the time our private tour guide finished the Great Wall of China tour, it was getting dark and we wanted to return back to the hotel. We only managed to have a view from afar and it looked like a mangled piece of metallic mega structure from outer space.
