The sushi place seemed like a small but long established business. I personally felt that the place had a bit of a low ceiling. Anyways, it looked like that the owner/chef was in the business for a long time. There were pictures of his fishing trips with his son on the wall at the entrance. The restaurant had a long row of seats and an equally long row of showcases in which fishes and other sea food were displayed. All the chefs were wearing spotless white uniform. I can describe my first dining experience in a Japanese restaurant in Japan with these words: Clean. Quiet. Efficient. Professional. Traditional.
