Sichuan dry-fried green beans at Lost Heaven

Some of the dishes in China seemed quite similar to the Indian, Chinese and Malay food that I grew up with in Singapore. One day I had dinner with my family in the “Lost Heaven” restaurant in Shanghai. I tried the dry-fried long green beans for the first time and it was absolutely delicious. Thereafter it became one of my favourite dishes in China together with dry-fried cauliflower which is cooked using the same dry-frying technique. We also had some spring rolls, a fish dish and milk tea amongst others.
