Actually I never played with LEGO when I was growing up. My father was a shipyard welder and my mum was a housewife and they had five mouths to feed. There was no money to buy LEGO. But when I finished my university and started working, I bought a LEGO set. I brought some pieces to work and started enjoying fiddling with them while trying to piece together a concept in my head. It was mental spa. Extremely therapeutic and cathartic. And I still use it today in my change management workshops.
