One day my nanny was cooking Chinese soup noodles for us and I asked her to explain to me the receipe. Thereafter I tried cooking the same dish several times plus some other dishes that I learned from her. After coming to Australia, I have experimented with various recipes and improved my Chinese cooking greatly, thanks to Youtube. But all this started with my nanny, my first Chinese cooking teacher.
