There are limited shower and WC facilities in each floor in the dormitories. It will be crowded and there will be queues. If you miss the showering time, you will not get water supply at other times. One of these things must have happened to this high school student. Because she brought her shampoo bottles to wash her hair at the sink basin outside the canteen instead of doing it at her own dormitory floor. From what I understand, this is not unusual and that this does happen. Its just a work around.
