
Ask any Chinese about this real estate advertisement in the Metro and they will tell you that it is very creative. Ask any Hindu and they will tell you that this is the Hindu Goddess Parvati on her lion. Personally I think that there is nothing wrong in seeking inspiration from other cultures to develop advertisements if its done with respect. And they have done that here. They didn’t use the idea to sell shoes or meat which can offend Hindus, but to sell real estate. And if real estate is a metaphor for Dharma, the advertisement is then asking you to invest in Dharma. By doing good and being good to enter the Kingdom of the Goddess.
