My dinner, one glorious summer evening

Beautifully roasted sausages, chunks of charred chicken and crispy bread pieces on skewers. I didn’t order my entire dinner in one go but in batches. Nobody eats cold barbecued food. So there was more to my dinner than this. If you noticed, they keep the plating process simple. They just slip on a plastic bag over a metal tray to serve you. When you are done they pull off the plastic bag, throw it away and slip on a fresh one for the next customer. They also don’t provide tissues or water and you have to buy them separately. This helps to keep their processes simple, their overheads low and the prices for customers cheap.
