I once had to get some trophies for a business game I was organising for the office. Normally this was purchased by the office but this time the quantities were low and so we decided to organise it ourselves. I went downtown with my German colleague to the trophy stores. The process was simple and straightforward. Pick the design you want, give them the text for engraving and pick it up and pay two days letter. The speed and efficiency with which the Chinese do their business was simply amazing.
