It looked like China Southern Airlines had fielded its most experienced flight crew for the international flights. The flight crew onboard the flight from Melbourne to Guangzhou that night switched between Mandarin and English effortlessly. One of them even spoke Japanese. They didn’t rush the passengers nor ignore them. They kept very good eye contact, offered all the options and served the passengers efficiently and politely. I was reading them all the time and they were absolutely amazing.
