Spicy Deep Fried South Indian Dish: Chicken 65

This is another South Indian dish I love to have whenever I am in the “Indian Kitchen” in China. Boneless chicken pieces deep fried with spices and red chillies and garnished with coriander leaves on a bed of fried potato strips. I truly believe that this is an Indian version of the Chinese Sichuan Laziji. Both are different. Both are heavenly.
