This is the nearest metro station to my house when I was living in the Qingpu District in Shanghai from 2009 to 2013. It opened in 2010 and is a 5 minutes taxi ride from my residential compound. The residential compound also runs frequent free shuttle buses to this train station. From here you can practically go anywhere in Shanghai and the tickets prices are cheap. The station was modern, spotlessly clean and extremely safe. There were no beggars, no graffiti art on the walls or any litter anywhere. And everything was in both Chinese and English, even the announcements in the train. I was really impressed.
