Some people hate dumplings. And some people love dumplings. And it will be a sin if I talk about living life in China without talking about dumplings. And I love dumplings. So here are my top 3 personal experiences and thoughts about dumplings. The first thing is that I truly believe that this is one of mankind’s most amazing invention. Right here, you have some chopped vegetables and ground meat of your choice, wrapped nicely into a small dough ingot which you can either boil, steam or fry. Secondly, I learned how to make dumplings by hand and have tried making it couple of times. Let me tell you that its bloody laborious and its far easier to just go to the shop like the one above in my neighbourhood and just buy it. Thirdly, that chopped green chilli dipping sauce that my neighbours taught me how to make, that makes eating dumplings a truly heavenly experience.
