I love fish and I cooked and ate fish regularly in China. And I have also eaten fish outside many times, mostly steamed or barbequed. There is this place that I walk past almost every night after work in Beijing near my apartment that advertised roasted cods for RMB15 (USD2.2). One day I decided to give it a try as it looked amazing. When I finally got the fish home, I was a little disappointed as it was a little too oily and not as crispy as I had wanted. But I still love what I see in the advertisement. And I hope I can make a roasted fish like this one day.
