A rare protest outside the Japanese Embassy

There was once I was on the way to the Grand Taj restaurant which was about half and hour ride from my house when I noticed an unusually long traffic jam near to the restaurant. I looked out of the taxi and realised that there were police cars and army personal outside the Japanese Embassy which I was passing by. I found out later that there was a protest outside the Embassy to boycott Japanese imports. Actually during my ten years in China, I rarely heard about law and order issues in China. Very rare.
