What the sign is trying to say, of course is, one car at a time. They just did a literal translation of the Chinese phrase and have gotten it wrong. The management of this residential compound is completely by local Chinese. English is not their first language and they are just trying their best. Every time I go ride pass this sign, I always give a chuckle.
