My kids loved playing whenever it snowed in Shanghai. It was still a once a year novelty for them having been born and brought up in tropical Singapore. It only snows for a short while in Shanghai and therefore you have a limited amount of time to have your fun. So they would roll-up snow balls whenever they had a chance and throw at each other. Here my son is scooping up a ball of snow from the back of a car while we were on our way to have dinner.
