Not all foreign banks are in China, yet

I noticed two big banks that I grew up with in Singapore, DBS (Development Bank of Singapore) and UOB (United Overseas Bank) had their office buildings in the Lujiazui Financial District in Pudong. If you are planning to come to work in China, please note that not all foreign banks are here. The foreign banks are still stabilising in China and some are not even here yet. I used CCB (China Construction Bank) and CGB ( China Guangfa Bank) for 10 years in China and didn’t use any foreign banks and this worked well for me.
