
When I was young, my mum used to cook goat intestines curry and shark curry. They were seperate dishes. When I started working, I made a lot of business trips. Pork knuckles in Germany. Fried insects in Thailand. Ox, kangaroo, crocodile and deer meat in Australia. River snails, chicken feet and duck neck in China. But I think that’s about it. I don’t think I have the stomach to eat roasted pig feet and will bow out.
